The Goodrich Center provides application forms, information and assistance with the State of Texas Specialized Telecommunication Assistance Program (STAP).

This program is administered by the Texas Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing and is funded by the Texas Public Utility Commission.

Texas Residents who have certain types of communication disabilities can qualify for free* special phone equipment.

People who have difficulties with speech, hearing or dialing a phone can benefit from this service.

* Residents may be charged for any applicable shipping and handling costs. They will also be charged for additional optional features on telephone equipment.
